Refund policy
Every mainpups piece is made to order from the photo you send us, so we handle returns a little differently than an off-the-shelf shop — but we've built it to be fair.
You approve a proof before we print
Nothing goes into production until you approve your proof. You'll see exactly what your design looks like and can ask for changes — free — before anything is made. This is your best protection against surprises.
Love it or your money back
If your item arrives and you're genuinely not happy with it, email us within 30 days of delivery at andrea@mainpups.com and we'll make it right — a remake or a full refund, your call.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you approved, we'll remake or refund it at no cost to you. Just send a photo of the issue so we can sort it quickly.
What we can't take back
Because each item is personalized and printed on demand, we can't accept "changed my mind" returns on a correctly-printed, approved design. If there's a real problem, though, we've got you — see above.
How refunds work
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. We'll email you when it's on the way.
