Made to order
After you approve your proof (usually within 2–3 days), we print and ship your order. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5–10 business days.
Where your order is made
Every item is printed on demand in the United States by our professional print-on-demand production partners, and ships from their US facilities. We (Main Pups, LLC) design every product and handle your proof, order, and support directly.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all of the United States. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delays
Everything's printed on demand, so timelines can stretch a little during busy seasons or with carrier delays. If anything's running behind, we'll let you know.
Wrong address?
Email us at andrea@mainpups.com as soon as possible after ordering and we'll fix the address before it ships. Once an order has shipped we can't reroute it.
