How does the custom dog mug work?
Add your pet's name and upload a clear photo, and we turn it into the portrait design on your mug. You approve a proof by email, with free changes, before anything prints.
Does it work for cats or other pets?
Yes. Any dog or cat works, any breed, as long as the photo shows their face clearly.
Which size and color should I choose?
The 11 oz is a standard coffee mug and the 15 oz is a large mug for big refills. The accent color is the handle and inside of the mug; the outside stays white so the portrait pops.
What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo of your pet's face, looking toward the camera, prints best. A simple background helps.
How long until it arrives?
Once you approve your proof, which usually arrives within 2 to 3 days, printing and delivery typically take about 5 to 10 business days, with a tracking link by email when it ships.
What if I do not love it?
You approve a proof before we print. If it still arrives and you are not happy, email us within 30 days and we will remake it or refund you in full.
