How it works
Under the tree in three steps.
1
Send one clear photo
Of the pet, that's the whole brief. A bright, in-focus shot is all we need.
2
Approve your proof
We turn the photo into your design and send a preview. Nothing prints until you say yes.
3
We print & ship
Made to order and shipped straight to your door, backed by our money-back guarantee.
Questions, answered
Before you gift it.
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Order early in the season to be safe. Everything is made to order after you approve your proof, and the current timeline shows at checkout.
How do custom Christmas gifts work?
Pick an ornament, keepsake or apparel piece, upload one clear pet photo, and approve your proof before we print.
What if my photo isn't perfect?
Any bright, in-focus shot works. We'll flag it before printing if a different photo would look better.
What sizes and fits are there?
Apparel comes in relaxed and softstyle fits, sizes S through 5XL. Ornaments and keepsakes are one size.
What if we don't love it?
You get your money back, with no fine-print games.
Can't pick just one?
Start with the style that made you smile first. You'll approve the proof before we print a thing. The rest of the pack will still be here.
