What size is it and what is it made of?
The globe measures 3.5 by 3.4 inches — desk and shelf sized. The shell is durable polystyrene (not glass) filled with purified water, PET snow and glitter, with your pet's portrait printed on high-quality paper and preserved at the center.
Is it fragile? Can it live in a house with kids and pets?
It's sturdier than a traditional snow globe — the shell is durable polystyrene rather than glass, so it stands up to enthusiastic shaking. Like anything water-filled, it's happiest on a shelf rather than the floor.
What photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit photo with your pet's face fully visible works best — sharp focus, no heavy shadows. Phone photos are fine; you'll see the finished Santa-hat portrait in your proof before we make the globe.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by early December to be safe. Orders ship free within the US. Production takes 2-3 business days and delivery another 3-7, so most orders arrive in about one to two weeks.
