What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo where your pet's face is clearly visible works best. Normal phone photos are perfect, just avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered shots.
What is it made of?
Sturdy 100% chipboard with a glossy laminated finish, so the colors stay vivid and the pieces hold up to repeat puzzling.
How long until it arrives?
Once you approve your proof, which usually arrives within 2 to 3 days, printing and delivery typically take about 5 to 10 business days. You get a tracking link by email when it ships.
What if I do not love it?
You approve a proof before we print, which prevents most surprises. If it still arrives and you are not happy, email us within 30 days and we will remake it or refund you in full.
