How does the custom pet design work?
After checkout you upload a clear photo of your dog or cat, and we turn it into the iconic superstar design shown here. You'll get a proof by email to approve — with free changes — before anything prints.
What's the material and fit?
It's a Comfort Colors 1717 relaxed tee: 100% ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed and soft-washed at a heavyweight 6.1 oz. The fit is unisex and runs roomy — size down one if you prefer a classic fit.
What kind of photo should I send?
A sharp, well-lit photo where your pet's face is clearly visible works best. Normal phone photos are fine — just avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered shots.
How do I wash it without ruining the print?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and hang dry or tumble low. The design is printed direct-to-garment, so it becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on top like a sticker.
How long until it arrives?
Once you approve your proof — proofs usually arrive within 2–3 days — printing and delivery typically take 5–10 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
What's the return policy on a custom shirt?
You approve a proof before we print, which prevents most surprises. If it still arrives and you're not happy, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake it or refund you in full.
