How does the personalization work?
Tell us your pet's name at checkout and we spell it out in the pastel Y2K magazine-cutout letters across the pink checkerboard. You'll approve a proof before we print, and there's a money-back guarantee if you don't love the result.
What shapes and sizes are available?
Two shapes: a bone in 19 by 14 inches or a roomy 30 by 18 inches, and a fish in 19 by 14 inches. The bone fits classic dog food-and-water setups; the fish is the obvious pick for cat households.
What is the mat made of?
A soft 100% polyester top layer over a 100% polyurethane memory-foam core. It's foam-filled and highly absorbent, so water-bowl splashes soak into the mat instead of spreading across your floor, and the print is vivid sublimation on the top layer.
Will it slide around while my pet eats?
No — the bottom is a non-slip design that keeps the mat (and the bowls on it) in place through even the most enthusiastic dinners. The memory-foam fill also gives it enough weight to stay put.
How long does it take to arrive?
Orders ship free within the US. Production takes 2-3 business days and delivery another 3-7, so most orders arrive in about one to two weeks.
