How does the personalized leash work?

How long is the leash and does it tangle?
The cord is 16.4 feet (5 meters) of polyester — enough room to sniff and wander while you keep control. The retractable mechanism is designed to keep the cord smooth and tangle-free on extend and retract.
What size dog is this leash right for?
It's best suited to small and medium-sized dogs. The housing is 5.51 by 7.87 inches with a comfortable handle, and the strong metal clip attaches securely to a collar or harness. For very large or strong pullers, a fixed heavy-duty lead is the better tool.
What photo should I send for the portrait?
A clear, well-lit photo with your pet's face fully visible works best — sharp focus, no heavy shadows, and nothing covering their features. Phone photos are perfectly fine; you'll see exactly how the portrait came out when you approve your proof.
How long does it take to arrive?
