What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo where your pet's face is clearly visible works best. Normal phone photos are perfect, just avoid blurry or heavily filtered shots.

Once you approve your proof, which usually arrives within 2 to 3 days, printing and delivery typically take about 5 to 10 business days, with a tracking link by email when it ships.
What if I do not love it?
You approve a proof before we print. If it still arrives and you are not happy, email us within 30 days and we will remake it or refund you in full.
