What's included and what size are the balls?
Each set includes six ping pong balls in the standard 1.57-inch (4 cm) size, made of plastic and available in white or orange.
What kind of photo should I send?
A sharp, well-lit photo where your pet's face is clearly visible works best. Normal phone photos are fine — just avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered shots.
How long until they arrive?
Once you approve your proof — proofs usually arrive within 2–3 days — printing and delivery typically take 5–10 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
What's the return policy on a custom item?
You approve a proof before we print, which prevents most surprises. If the set still arrives and you're not happy, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake it or refund you in full.
